How you&#39;re supposed to express or be examined by a Doctor via a phone, I don&#39;t know. This is literally something that is going to effect your future and if they mess it up or you feel like you got shafted, you&#39;re going to end up in years worth of dealing with them to fix it. Either way you get to express what is wrong/hurts and a doctor reviews your records. He is excellent at describing &amp; telling you everything you&#39;ll need to have a successful claim! It sure helped me!
