Below are two links that will help with the requirements that you should strive for. Eat good balanced meals, drink plenty of water, and perform stretching exercises before you exercise. Also work on your swimming. Build up your endurance gradually so you do not injure yourself. Being in good shape will help, but make sure that you can handle the mental aspects of Boot Camp. Please keep us posted.

https://www.military.com/military-fitness/marine-corps-fitness-requirements/marine-corps-fitness-test

http://therxreview.com/could-you-pass-the-us-marines-physical-fitness-test

Marine Corps Initial Strength Test (IST)

The USMC Physical Fitness Test is administered every six months. Hydration is going to be your best friend as well. For now just work on your pullups and crunches. You want to be doing 100+ crunches in 2 minutes and at least 10 pullups. Everything else your drill instructors will take care of when you get there.

Physically, I'd say it's not too difficult. My advice to you would just be work on cardio. Do workouts that will help you to focus on your PFT and CFT scores. Constant cardio. Every day. Then, when you're good and tired do sprints (more cardio, I know). Mix it up and include weight lifting in between cardio sessions. If you have a large tire to flip around do so. Also pull ups. Max set three times a day at minimum. Once you become "comfortable" with that work in cardio while hauling weights. Don't do too much because you're no good to us broken. Work with a recruiter who can push you and make sure you're doing exercises via good technique. Boot camp is to prepare you for further training, to go to war as a US Marine. You may even think WW III has broken out for the first few days/weeks. Get ready by working hard. Run, calisthenics, wind sprints, circuit course runs. Upper body strength. Push ups and pull ups. Lots of them. Get your mind right to never quit, no matter what. That's key. Stay close to your Recruiter and heed his advice. Attend all pool functions. Good luck.
