I think you&#39;re too old for Green to Gold or OCS though. You can try for a waiver but for G2G you have to be 30 or under by the time of projected graduation. For OCS 19-32 years old. There are waivers (of course as there is for usually anything). I would think though with already having a degree that if you were to go officer you&#39;d go OCS. Green to Gold seems to be if you don&#39;t have a degree yet. <br /><br />I came in with a Bachelor&#39;s. I got my Master&#39;s last year. Before I had that I had officers telling me to go OCS. I had a company commander tell me I was wasting my talents as enlisted. I said that might be the first time anyone offended me sir. I have no desire to join the dark side lol. I told him that and that he couldn&#39;t get me to drink the Koolaid. He said &quot;But we have cookies too.&quot; <br /><br />It&#39;s kind of up to you and your thoughts on your career. But if you feel you have the chops, go for it... I&#39;m happy with my choice, although there are many days I wish I was an NCO again (payday isn&#39;t one of those days). Not sure if the age will be an issue or not. I direct commissioned so I was able to bypass a lot of the normal commissioning red tape.
