I'm a desert storm vet and was curious if anyone who was there have thyroid problems when you left

It's been 5 months since you posted this. Do you have any intel for th community? Have you learned anything that you can pass along?

I take thyroid meds because my thyroid doesn’t perform as it should. So I take the meds to keep my numbers up! I served in Desert Shield/Storm 4th Marine MEB. But some of my family have the same issue so I am not sure about the Origin

I have thyroid cancer and spent time in the gulf and afghanistan.
