I'm a new AGR Sgt and I am being sent to the E-6 board next month. Any suggestions?

If you don't know an answer, admit it. Don't try to bs the board. If you know where the answer is tell them you'll find it and get back to them, then follow up. If you need to think, don't use fillers - uh, um, etc. Repeat the question back to the board.

Prepare, prepare, prepare. Study the topics outlined in the LOI and have a few people look over your uniform. It is ok to be nervous, however go in with confidence and you will do fine.
