Stay physically fit, motivated, and professional at all times. Remember your customs and courtesies, basic Soldier skills, and MOS skills. Get ready for Air Assault School. Most of all remember why you joined the Army in the first place and have a good time while serving honorably.Response by SSG Private RallyPoint Member made Nov 29 at 2015 1:04 AM2015-11-29T01:04:00-05:002015-11-29T01:04:00-05:00SGT Private RallyPoint Member1138024<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Be, or stay, open to learning new equipment, concepts, TTPs, and OpTempos. As a 25U, you should expect to come across new equipment in every unit. Meanwhile, read up on the unit history, square your uniforms (ACU & ASU) away before you arrive, and try to secure some networking connections before you leave your current unit. Be honest and open and accepting of things that fall on your plate. That is all I got for you. Just remember you went through school and now you are at the bottom of the totem pole. Don't forget that there are reasons for the leaderships madness. Mostly to teach and sometimes the retardation is out of their control. that's all I got for you.Response by SGT Private RallyPoint Member made Nov 29 at 2015 4:42 AM2015-11-29T04:42:12-05:002015-11-29T04:42:12-05:00CW3 Private RallyPoint Member1138099<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Welcome to Fort Campbell.Response by CW3 Private RallyPoint Member made Nov 29 at 2015 6:56 AM2015-11-29T06:56:45-05:002015-11-29T06:56:45-05:00SSG Private RallyPoint Member1138239<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Be at the right place, in the right uniform and at the right timeResponse by SSG Private RallyPoint Member made Nov 29 at 2015 10:02 AM2015-11-29T10:02:35-05:002015-11-29T10:02:35-05:00SSG Robert Webster1138592<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div><a class="dark-link bold-link" role="profile-hover" data-qtip-container="body" data-id="624940" data-source-page-controller="question_response_contents" href="/profiles/624940-25u-signal-support-systems-specialist">PFC Private RallyPoint Member</a> - Congratulations on finally learning where you should be going in the 101st Abn (Air Assault) Div. Your new division has its roots in the Civil War and WWI. Learn the history of the 8th Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry Regiment and of "Old Abe". Also remember that the only part of the 101st Division that remains is HQs 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault). Next the nucleus of the 101st Airborne Division was the 327th Glider Infantry Regiment that had previously been a part of the 82nd Infantry Division. Remember this - the 327th Infantry Regiment is the oldest part of the 101st. Though "Old Abe" as a symbol is older, and was associated with HQs 101st Division (Organized Reserve) in 1921, just remember that the 327th Infantry was organized on 17 September 1917.<br />Other items to study upon - the history of the 187th Infantry and the 11th Airborne Division/11th Air Assault Division.<br /><br />Make sure that you obtain copies of the following publications and start studying:<br />1.
