There are so many E5s that E4s haven&#39;t been promoted in 2yrs. If you want to use your skills to the max, I would recommend 25V or 46R. A skilled 25M can be used in some units, like WHCA, DMA or USASOC. But 8/10 times add duties or staff positions. I am a SSG 25M working with AFN. Let me know if I can help out CPT Private RallyPoint Member Mon, 06 Feb 2017 13:26:37 -0500 2017-02-06T13:26:37-05:00 Response by SFC J Fullerton made Feb 7 at 2017 7:11 AM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/i-m-close-to-obtaining-my-graphic-design-degree-it-will-fit-perfect-for-25m-how-hard-is-it-to-get-25m-when-returning-to-active-duty?n=2319295&urlhash=2319295 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>25M is an ACASP MOS. (Army Civilian Acquired Skills Program). Applicants who meet the qualifications for the applicable MOS enlist without going to AIT. However, there still must be vacancies in the MOS and you have to otherwise qualify. Being Prior Service, you are restricted to the HRC Prior Service Business Rules, which may or may not make exceptions for ACASP applicants. It changes frequently, so you will need to contact an Army Recruiter for the updated USAREC Message on ACASP for prior service. However, be aware that you are sacrificing promotion oportunities to do an artistic job.
