I'm current junior physcis major looking to apply my knowledge in the military, any gudiance, thoughts, or advice on being/becoming a 61DX?

Other programs I am looking at is the nuclear program in the Navy and the Corp of Engineers in the Army. I am curious what the Air Force has in terms of application/research opportunities.
