I’m currently in the process of putting together my 153A warrant packet and I was wondering if the LOR has to be from a senior warrant?

Can if be from a senior commissioned officer in the aviation field?

Yes, it has to be from a CW3-5 as stated on the recruiting webpage.

What does the Packet say? Senior WO, CW3 or above? There is no hidden language. What you read is what it says.

it would be better if you can find a CW4 or 5 in the career field you are looking to go into to do the LOR.

Thanks for all the responses I was just verifying because of something I read. It’s really hard to find a CW3-CW5. Does anyone have a recommendation for a CW3-CW5 who would be willing to interview me for an LOR?

Do you know an officer in the aviation field? I bet that person just might know a Chief or two and may be able to help
