I’m in a pickle…I shipped all my CIF with my housing goods and now will need a FLIPL! From my understanding I could carry forward. The policy changed in January. Has anyone dealt with this situation? I’ve been on JBLM for 10 years and this is my first PCS (I’m with SOCOM so I’ve had stability). Please help!?

Are you saying that you need a FLIPL for all your CIF gear? That's not how that works lol. You just provide a copy of your inventory to CIF and you should be able to clear. Most posts just use a memo from you or your commander stating you'll turn the item in at your next location

SSG (Join to see) I left JBLM a year ago and they only required a memo from the commander and a copy of your HHG inventory if you shipped off anything on accident

7th ID isn't in SOCOM (USASOC....SOCOM is a UCC), but for the sake of discussion...
Your clothing record will tell you what you can PCS with and what you keep when you ETS. If you are leaving USASOC then you are changing MACOM, which usually entails a full ETS turn-in (minus 1 item).
There MAY be a memo you can get from someone but you'll need to prove your CIF is in your HHG.
