If I retake the ASVAB, can I get another MOS when I switch? 2018-02-19T00:19:48-05:00 CPL Private RallyPoint Member 3368229 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div> I'm in the Army Reserves and want to switch to active duty. USAREC has business rules that they follow. Your best bet is to talk to them and see what they have to say. They should help you complete a 368/Conditional Release that you would need to submit through your unit. Good luck and thank you for your service.. Getting a conditional release signed by your Chain of Command is the show stopper. Units are almost always unwilling to let anyone go ahead of their ETS. Best of Luck!
