I’m in WTU I know my SFC board packet will be different from the other NCO’s. But can I get help?

You should decline promotion if you in WTU And wait until you heal and return to a unit before you assume a role as a combat leader . Cant lead soldiers of you can’t peform .

Yes your S1 should help you with this if any questions. It’s part of their job

As noted by 1SG Bucci, I would recommend getting in contact with your S1. It is their job to provide you guidance and assist in making sure you have what you need, though that does not mean they will do everything for you. They should point you in the right direction, tell you where to look for the information you need, and ensure you have the means to access the needed information.
