Sgt Andrew Pouliot 7589623

I'm looking at transferring from the Marines to the Army. It's looking like I'm going MP. Can anyone tell me about day to day life in the schoolhouse? How long is it? What can I expect as prior service? Any advice, input, stories would be immensely appreciated, thanks! I'm looking at Military Police as a prior service Marine going into the army. I asked a question about being a welder in the army not to long ago and I'm considering another option as a MP. Can anyone tell me what it's like and what some of the duties are after deployed? Also after reading some about it how, in some cases, often are you put in "the shit"? Or if any. Then it is 10 weeks of school and OJT. The Army usually separates it's prior service during AIT, but not every school is the same. Either way, you'll only be there 10 weeks.

Much more important is you getting to your first unit, your family moving, you moving your household goods, and the actual job you'll be doing. Your family has my condolences for those weekends and holidays lost being on duty Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 25 at 2022 5:16 PM 2022-03-25T17:16:08-04:00 2022-03-25T17:16:08-04:00 2022-03-24T19:54:46-04:00
