That made for an interesting conversation.
Don't do this at home. I was WAY to close when I took the picture. What I will say is how to use them to build on your knowledge. When I have taught classes you really have to make it your own. You have to develop them the best way you with the current TTPs for the region that is applicable to your reason requiring the class. It makes no sense to focus on TTPs in Iraq that were used in 2007 when you are going to Kuwait. The time and region are wrong. But you have to use what you can find to build your own lesson plan. This way you will teach yourself the material you will be using as a guide. Whatever you just don't recycle a pre-made powerpoint. This is the one time sustainability and environmental concerns should have not value. I commend you for it. However;

Your unit SOP may differ from another's, and may even differ from the Book answer. While ID procedure is usually the same, response may not be. I would get with your leadership or your training room to find out what your SOP is and build your own PowerPoint based off of that.

Option 2 is to simply not use PowerPoint, and come up with another way of doing your briefing. While PP is a wonderful tool, it gets old and tiresome, and it helps to shake things up. Maybe run a METT-TC course with mock IED's set up, after giving a briefing off of an easel (the way you would do a refresher course in the field). Attempt if you can to pull on the lessons and apply it to real and likely scenarios those in your unit might find themselves in.
