The Army's Soldier for Life program sounds like a valuable initiative that allows active duty service members to be paid their full military pay and benefits while working at a civilian company during the last six months they are in service. I'm curious to know best practices or lessons learned from other companies who have already engaged the Army to hire troops who are still active.

Great share. I would also like to hear of companies that have done this. However, I do know that Amazon actively seeks military for their organization.
