In comparison to Vet United, their fees where about 2/3 cheaper overall. Both are solid options, I just like saving money where I can.Response by SSG Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 6 at 2022 1:18 PM2022-01-06T13:18:28-05:002022-01-06T13:18:28-05:00Lt Col Jim Coe7461477<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Refinanced with Quicken Loans (<a target="_blank" href="https://www.rocketmortgage.com">https://www.rocketmortgage.com</a>) about a year ago. The home I have now I did not do VA because I got a much better deal at 2.25%, plus put some $ down so the payment could be afforded by my wife if I pass first. We went with our bank, Chase. It did help that my stepson is in the nosebleed section of a major worldwide company and his good friend is pretty high up in Chase.Response by MSG William Wold made Jan 6 at 2022 8:54 PM2022-01-06T20:54:17-05:002022-01-06T20:54:17-05:00CSM Charles Hayden7462148<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div><a class="dark-link bold-link" role="profile-hover" data-qtip-container="body" data-id="1866229" data-source-page-controller="question_response_contents" href="/profiles/1866229-sgt-matt-lund">Sgt Matt Lund</a> Financing or re-fing anything is a new transaction.
