I'm wondering, after racking, can I add some more sugar to boost the Alc content? 2015-07-28T08:34:20-04:00 SPC Greg K. 849213 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div> I'm making a Black Raspberry Ale, it's around 2.3% alc. From some minor experience and looking around it seems like adding brown sugar or honey can also raise the ABV but any additional sugars can make your brew dry.
