When you "arrive"....meaning the reception and in-processing experience? The housing/barracks situation? The installation itself? Things to do in the surrounding community? The climate?Response by LTC Kevin B. made Aug 20 at 2017 3:47 PM2017-08-20T15:47:37-04:002017-08-20T15:47:37-04:00PFC Private RallyPoint Member2852249<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I'm stationed here now if you would like info you can pm meResponse by PFC Private RallyPoint Member made Aug 20 at 2017 8:30 PM2017-08-20T20:30:00-04:002017-08-20T20:30:00-04:00SGT Joseph Gunderson2852420<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Mosquitos that will bite your head off lolResponse by SGT Joseph Gunderson made Aug 20 at 2017 9:30 PM2017-08-20T21:30:06-04:002017-08-20T21:30:06-04:00SPC Private RallyPoint Member2862749<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Have been here for 3years and trust me its not as bad as people say there is a lot to do if u are willing to take the drive. you have Houston which is 3hours away, new Orleans roughly 4hours away. and on base you have the gym, if u interested in sport then they do have sport activities like soccer, football, basketball and other sportsResponse by SPC Private RallyPoint Member made Aug 24 at 2017 11:12 AM2017-08-24T11:12:34-04:002017-08-24T11:12:34-04:00PFC Private RallyPoint Member2869117<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Hot as dick winter partly cold if married housing single barracks prolly solo man barracks as well job depicting love bugs one of the most worthless insects in the world and decent bars like 2 hours away pretty shittyResponse by PFC Private RallyPoint Member made Aug 26 at 2017 2:52 PM2017-08-26T14:52:08-04:002017-08-26T14:52:08-04:00PFC Private RallyPoint Member2892134<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Well I just called maintenance for the second bubble in my ceiling from a roof leak in the past 6 months, my home has asbestos, and you'll be in the field half the time you're here.
