Any felony of any sort, nope. Drug offense: highly unlikely, domestic violence, doubly nope. Just depends, and you would have to apply to have your code upgraded to help you even have a chance. Serious misconduct is not taken lightly. It&#39;s not easy to do, seen it a FEW times done but it&#39;s been YEARS ago that I seen it. But it can be done. I&#39;ve guided an SM (successfully) one time through this and would be willing to advise you on how it&#39;s done, but it&#39;s A LOT of work and not a guaranteed thing. It is not probably but also not impossible. Each wavier is weighed individually. I witnessed waviers first hand that others told me not to pursue. It all comes down to your recruiter. Chances of getting a waiver are slim to none. Without being offensive, your best bet is to keep a clean slate as a civilian and be the best you can be, and stay out of further trouble.
