<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Yes very difficult to give an answer based on vague post. Any felony of any sort, nope. Drug offense: highly unlikely, domestic violence, doubly nope. Just depends, and you would have to apply to have your code upgraded to help you even have a chance. Serious misconduct is not taken lightly.MAJ(P) Private RallyPoint MemberWed, 24 Oct 2018 16:35:41 -04002018-10-24T16:35:41-04:00Response by Sgt Private RallyPoint Member made Oct 24 at 2018 4:42 PM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Your best bet is to request an upgrade to your discharge. It's not easy to do, seen it a FEW times done but it's been YEARS ago that I seen it. But it can be done. I've guided an SM (successfully) one time through this and would be willing to advise you on how it's done, but it's A LOT of work and not a guaranteed thing.SFC Private RallyPoint MemberWed, 24 Oct 2018 17:07:23 -04002018-10-24T17:07:23-04:00Response by Sgt B S. made Oct 24 at 2018 5:59 PM

I witnessed waviers first hand that others told me not to pursue. <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>As a former US Army Recruiter, and a former Reenlistment NCO, I’d say you have about as much chance of getting a waiver and a chance to re-up in any branch of service as much chance as you will getting struck by lightning.<br /><br />The Army is looking for well qualified, well educated, and well disciplined personnel without any type of military UCMJ nor civilian offenses. Chances of getting a waiver are slim to none. Without being offensive, your best bet is to keep a clean slate as a civilian and be the best you can be, and stay out of further trouble.SSG Ronald RalphWed, 28 Jul 2021 14:22:53 -04002021-07-28T14:22:53-04:002018-10-24T15:44:51-04:00
