I work with both pilots and tech warrants everyday for the past 9 years. Can anybody give some advise that would help me make my decision? I’m really contemplating to either go 151A (aviation maintenance tech) warrant officer or 153A warrant (pilot). Any advice? 2022-12-02T20:10:59-05:00 SSG Private RallyPoint Member 8009068 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Im just having a hard time deciding on which one to pick, and looking for insight. Don&#39;t want to wait 4 more years - go Warrent. If it was me, I&#39;d go Warrant. Very few regrets. Choose flight and track maintenance. You&#39;ll be living in both worlds and collecting flight pay. I retired at age 46 and plan to continue working for as long as I can and most can easily work longer after the Army than the time spent in the Army.
