I’m trying to reenlist (first timer). How can I get Fort Campbell?

My career counselor keeps telling me there are no open slots. However, my friend in Brigade was told there were slots (same MOS and grade). My counselor also told me that I might be coming down on orders for Korea even though I have less then a year left until ETS date. My wife is only okay with me re enlisting for Campbell is there anyway I can get that before coming down on orders??

You need to talk to your branch manger. You can go to Army HRC website and look for your MOS to see who it is. Because your branch manager and your career counselor should have this thing called EDAS. It will show you where there are open slots are located all over the world based on your MOS. Sometimes your BDE S1 may have it. Well, I hope this helps and Fort Campbell isn't a hard place to get in the Army. Best of luck to you.

Check the in/out calls per MOS at the station. Calling branch would be your best bet

Your pretty much at the army's disposal now a days more then ever so your friend my be right but the counselors are plain out lazy and don't want to do more work then they have to so me I would just ets
