I'm wanting to get into 160th SOAR Green Platoon and was wondering what's the best way to apply?

300+ APFT, know aviation operations inside out, Secret Clearance, ability for TS, know the SOF truths and mission. Know the book answer but why the "out of the box" answer might be better. As a PFC you might not have the chance yet for leadership development school, but take it if you can. As an NCO, you just might find yourself the one making a very critical decision, not as likely as PFC. Pay attention to your NCOs and learn from them.
