<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Its only the second, so dont sweat it.<br /><br />The orders would come form BDE as stated before and then your CO or SQDN would hold the promotion ceremony, money wise, it will all be back dated to the 1st as thats what the orders will state.<br /><br />On a side note, that is absolutely ridiculous that BDE requires what you stated below, like seriously someone has too much time on their hand, and thinks too much of themselves to make that a &quot;rule&quot;.

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>It usually means your BDE simply hasn&#39;t produced your promotion orders yet. HRC tells them who is promoted, but it&#39;s your Brigade&#39;s responsibility to actually go in and promote you in emilpo.

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I just finished speaking with my Brigade Counterparts and the NCOIC told me that it takes 72 business hrs for the information to feed from EDAS to eMILPO and AKO. On Monday or Tuesday the promotion should be shown in the system.
