How long is the estimated wait time for the conditional release form to be signed? I am not MOS qualified for my reserve unit and I have only been with them since December.

If you have already spoken with a Recruiter, then they (the Recruiter) should fill out a DD Form 368 and submit to your unit. Once that is done, then it should just be a month to three.....as the form needs to roll up the USARC Chain and back down again.

So, at your old unit the personnel have "civilian jobs and stop bothering them about it"......
If that were me, I would have to drop some names to my 1SG.
After all, the job is to take care of the Soldiers.

SPC Sheila Lewis - Right? I have a civilian job and half my day is still taking care of my Soldiers. What they said is completely unacceptable.

SPC Sheila Lewis - The whole concept of taking care of soldiers seems to have gone missing. We have boat loads of sergeants, we don't have that many NCO's.

Your Unit Administrator should be able to pull down the template from HRPAS. The DA 4187 needs specific language on it in order to fly.

1SG, any examples of that specific language? Most AR units have lost AGR S1 due to lack of funding, so we’re all doing this on our own.
Thanks.
