I noticed an ARNG LTC not wearing his Unit Patch, Ribbons nor his name tag. Anyone else see mistakes like this in movies?

I watched this error tonight on the movie Hidden Figues about pioneer female African-Americans in the early days of the NASA Space Program. Did you see this LTC is wearing a white shirt under his Class A Uniform? Wouldn't he also be wearing a Green Leadership tab by his rank? It has been over a 15 years since I wore my Class A Uniform. Please enlighten me on what you think?

There is an urban legend that virtually all uniforms in the movies have one thing wrong with them so that the actors will comply with laws making it illegal to impersonate a member of the Armed Forces.

Hollywood mistakes will drive you nuts.....Dont let it. Some of the worst are Investigation discovery....They will show the bad guy with a revolver shooting.....Next scene shows cops recovering 9 MM shell casings, NICE. lol

I've been told that sometimes they make these mistakes on purpose. It's just annoying because they purposely have military Liaisons on the set to supposedly prevent this. It's just annoying because it distracts me from the movie.

My 11 year old daughter ,who dressed like the sniper anime person, really loved the movie and could see the blatant racism by the males on the staff including Kristen Dunst who played a female lead character. Kevin Costner also didn't excellent job. The main character of the movie is turning a hundred years old this month.
