The only thing you wouldn't get as active duty would be the Housing Stipend.

https://www.militarytimes.com/education-transition/2019/07/20/gi-bill-benefits-guide/

Your GI Bill benefits: Everything you need to know

Updated with the latest details on the benefits you've earned and how to use it.

Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 26 at 2020 5:36 PM 2020-01-26T17:36:22-05:00 2020-01-26T17:36:22-05:00 MAJ Ken Landgren 5486153

Have you visited the education center? Yes you get a book stipend.

Some advice, make sure they aren’t paying bah if you’re active duty. I got hit with an overpayment because I didn’t realize they were. The moment you tap into your GI Bill you will become ineligible for the Yellow Ribbon scholarship. Even if you don't intend to go higher than the Masters you are working on, it would be better to transfer the whole thing to a dependent who could use the Yellow Ribbon Scholarship. The Yellow Ribbon Program can be worth up to an additional $24k of tuition and fees.
