I re-enlisted for Hawaii and report Oct 2022. Will my PCS orders change if I get my P status for SSG around Jan/Feb next year?

I re-enlisted for hawaii for four years. However, my report date isn’t until October of next year(2022). Should I worry about my PCS orders changing if I go to the promotion board for SSG? Also, is there a possibility to request my report date to be much sooner?

Your report date is the earliest it can be, that's why it's so far out.
You won't risk losing the assignment unless you pin SSG. Given how long it currently takes 68W to get an ALC slot there is very little worry of that happening

SGT V, it’s highly unlikely that your assignment to Hawaii is going to change, especially if your going to the 25th. Where you get physically assigned (BN) will probably change. If you are going to 25th ID, let me know which BDE and I can tell you which BN you are going too.
