Unless there was a change to your original graduation date, it will be sent to DFAS after you graduate. Then it will be a few weeks.
If your MOS is one where they have to wait on the school to send the memo of completion, then you have to wait for the school.
If there were any changes to your training date then you need to take your MOS orders to your Career Counselor and they will get your bonus released.

It should take no longer than 30 days. If 30 days pass and you still haven’t received it, then that’s when you will get with your retention NCO to see what’s going on. BTW, you are on my units gains roster and will be coming to my UAS Platoon. Feel me to reach out to me!

It is very dependent on everyone executing their task in the chain, one failure holds up your payment. That being said it should be within 30 days. Also, should it take over 30 days speak with your career counselor. If the issue still does not get fixed go see your Inspector General who will work the case until you receive your payment. The Inspector General isnt always a negative thing, we assist Soldiers with issues when all other avenues aren't working but ensure you give your Chain of Command every opportunity to fix the issue first.

In process with your new unit, have them submit your new 4/1 - 4/3 and then wait for finance.

My soldiers had to go to installation reenlistment and submit their paperwork after they inprocessed to get it

Once you get to your new unit, submit the 4/1 and 4/3 as SFC Allenbrand mention. You won’t receive it while in transit and it will be paid in lump sum installments not all at once depending on the amount of the bonus.

They should have gave you half up front so lets say you Re-enlisted for 10 years for 20,000 you should have gotten 10 thousands and they will pay you the other after you 6 years.

3 weeks to the date your new contract starts. If you Re enlist 3 months before your eta it can and will take up to those 3 months of old contract to finish and the new one to start before you get it.

Few weeks after you submit the paperwork to Finance. Depends on your Finance office's diligence.
