I received a company grade article 15. I appealed the decision but my appeal was denied. What else can I do to fight the article 15?

Company Grade Article 15s...I know it stings and I hope you've learned from your mistake. Unless I'm wrong, it will not follow you to your next assignment. A Company Grade Article 15 was given to you by your Company Commander. None the less, don't screw up again!

If you appealed to BN, and got turned down, and you had the new evidence on hand- that just leaves going to JAG. 1. Keep in mind if JAG sees all of it, they could set aside the CO grade and suggest it go to Field grade or higher. 2. Read the Article you were charged under- UCMJ has no 2nd chance, or 3 strikes your out, or mercy written into it- the only help you get is the CO's decision of punish or not and how much. In other words you can be hammered for being 1 minute late to formation just as hard as being hours late.

You took the art 15 and then appealed and that was denied not much left to do.

As a Company commander I had two appeals mane to next higher(06)The first one I had top tell the SM to appeal and it would get accepted and nothing happen to him. I made the mistake and said in formation that fighting in barracks would get everyone involved an art 15. One of best men in company got involved trying to stop a fight and was in a group of about 5 that got art 15. I then had to call my boss and ask him to fix my problem by tossing my art 15. The Col covered my ass and it cost me. The other was an E7 missing formation he lost three days pay appealed and Col called and said did I know he was being fined $300. I truly said no but it was same three days pay as an E3. That one stuck. The next higher review can lesson the sentence but not increase it. Or the big boss can deny it with no changes
