All you can do is try, normal reversals right now are due to discharges because of behavior problems, which actually were PTSD/TBI induced. Give it your best shot, just don't hold your breathResponse by SGM Bill Frazer made Dec 2 at 2017 7:38 PM2017-12-02T19:38:47-05:002017-12-02T19:38:47-05:00SSG Edward Tilton3139304<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Probably do better going into the Reserves or Guard RE4 is a tuff oneResponse by SSG Edward Tilton made Dec 2 at 2017 7:42 PM2017-12-02T19:42:00-05:002017-12-02T19:42:00-05:00SSG Private RallyPoint Member3139777<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Hello, Nicholas it is very hard because not only you have a General Discharge with Honorable Conditions, but you have a RE code 4 as well. I know the RE 3 and above is deliverable , bit I don't believe it is possible. However, your best options is to talk to a recruiter. You may have to look for the right recruiter because some of them won't waste their time with you or anything . It is a lot of paperwork and waiver involved as well. You can do your research and look into your DD 214 about what your code states. Because your code also has a separation code for why you got out as well. I hope you learn from your bad choices or mistake if you can get back in. Because sometimes situation like this make us more humble in life. I wish you the best if luck on this. Also, don't let anyone tell you that your not entitled to any VA benefits as well. You can't used the G.I. Bill ,bit you can pretty much use everything else as well. However , talk to a VA rep. Good luck.Response by SSG Private RallyPoint Member made Dec 3 at 2017 12:36 AM2017-12-03T00:36:54-05:002017-12-03T00:36:54-05:00CPT Private RallyPoint Member3140821<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I am going to be honest with you. I have seen these questions before and they never fare well. I am curious as to know how you can get an Honorable Discharge and an RE4. I have never heard of that. But why would you want to change the RE4 code. Do you want to return back to the military? If not then it really doesn't affect you.Response by CPT Private RallyPoint Member made Dec 3 at 2017 1:17 PM2017-12-03T13:17:40-05:002017-12-03T13:17:40-05:00AN Rafael Perez6898375<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Why you keep saying you not entitled to your gi-bill. I was discharge with a general under honorable and was entitled to my gi-bill. They give you a label then make themselves look stupid with giving you an Re-4 code. So what is it a general under honorable or a bad conduct discharge? I been through this and the Navy board is full of shit too. But I have new evidence against their asses and they will retire me rather then keep lying.Response by AN Rafael Perez made Apr 13 at 2021 12:46 AM2021-04-13T00:46:24-04:002021-04-13T00:46:24-04:002017-12-02T18:12:34-05:00
