I remember in S-BOLC there was a software that put networks and systems on a geographical maps. Gave estimated network availability. Ideas?

Sounds like SPEED maps. The schoolhouse may be able to hook you up if you contact them.

The Captains right, it’s SPEED. National Guard doesn’t get any cool software like that :-(

Weird...I'm National Guard and I have it on my laptop...I've had a copy since my days as a 1LT...perhaps you should ask around a bit 2LT(P)...

SPEED is free. You should be able to find it with a little research.
