I think the new pt test is great because the gender bias is gone. Am I a bad leader for thinking this?

You're not a bad leader for thinking this; however, when men generally score higher in the physical fitness tests, we'll see that men and women are not created equal - physically.

Are you actually allowed to say that and still be on active service? The only two serious studies that I know about dealing with women in the Infantry, one by the Marines and one by the Israelis, both point to a lot higher injury rate in training, to the point that it drastically effected unit readiness. Sometimes reality is popular, however.

As females keep pushing for 'equality', I think this is a great thing. Does it make it harder for someone smaller, yes, but it pretty much levels the filed for everyone.
