Biden seems to literally have dementia. He did surprise me very much, however, in his debate w/ Trump. That all said, I don't believe the interests of this country would be served by conducting this verbal wrestling match.

Why would ANY US President have a debate with ANY foreign leader or head of state? What purpose would there be for that to ever occur? There is none.

I very highly doubt Biden will entertain Putin in any way with this.

Are you Biden's physician? If not, you cannot possibly diagnose him with dementia. Nor could any other physician diagnose anyone online who is not their patient.

All we can do it look at Biden - his speeches, mannerisms, and physical limitations, and judge for ourselves if he is altered/compromised.

Hard to say what it is exactly, I agree. But there IS something going on. Could simply be age related - just normal wear and tear.
