From what I understand you really can&#39;t change it. The reason being it would affect your tax status. If a soldier could change on their own they would choose a state with no taxes. But if you get with your S1 or you Unit&#39;s RNCO they should be able to help you with this this. I know you can check your HOR on the ARNG G1 gateway but there isn&#39;t a way to changer yourself there.
