I was selected to attend Warrant Officer Candidate School. Is there any benefits in completing SSD 4?

Yes, do it. In my WOCS class, one guy made the list on week 3. He politely said to the SR TAC officer, "Sir, I quit" and went home to pin on MSG.
On another note, it is also good to have your stuff in order should for some reason you do not complete the course.
