I went to SRC last week to in-process for a year duty in Germany (I am in the Reserves) and they found me non-deployable. Can I get a waiver?

Type II, sorry brother shortly you will get a notice that they are considering giving you the boot. You can fight it, first get that AIC down below 6.0 if you want to stay in, that means exercise, and change you diet.

Each Combatant Command sets the medical deployability requirements. The when you do SRP and they find an issue, there are hard no goes. There are other things that they can request waiver from the Combatant commands medical. It is based on whether they can support you or not based on proximity of treatment, nature of medication, austerity of the location. It is not automatic and it takes time. They may elect to swap you out in lieu of waiver.

Thank you sir. I am type II diabetic and that is fine but my A1C was 7.2 and Max is 7 or under for deployment.

Those hotter austere deployment locations can play havoc on you! Hopefully you can continue your intelligence career here at home!

You're non-deployable to Europe, but could be considered for a waiver. Here's factors to consider- do you take medication for your diabetes? If so, you actually require a med board. Are you getting A1C every 3 months? If so, is this your first one >7.0? If you have had multiple high values, you likely require a MEB (although AR 40-501 does not specify a clear amount of time that you have to control A1C without oral medication). If this is your first A1C > 7.0, a waiver could be possible, but comorbidities would be a huge consideration. Do you take medication for high blood pressure or high cholesterol? All things to consider. But if you're meeting med board criteria, I highly doubt you'll be able to obtain a waiver.
