You can go online and find a number of study guides and practice tests. Take a look at some of them, there are several free ones.

It's not a hard test, but i can't stress how important it is to take it seriously. You'll only get one shot at it

ACT/SAT study guide will help you. I certainly won't hurt. And you can check one out at any library free of charge. For that matter call any high school with a JROTC program. I bet they have an ASVAB prep book they would loan you. At the school I teach at our JROTC has study guides. I have held classes for those who want extra help in the mathematics portion.

Get an ASVAB study guide and put it to use. It isn’t any more complicated/easy than that.

Review basic biology, chemistry, physics, and earth science topics, like human body systems, simple chemical reactions, basic laws of motion, and the water cycle. Use quick videos or simple textbooks to refresh your memory.
Try to study a little every day instead of cramming, and focus on understanding concepts, not just memorizing. Here's a practice test website for science practicing:
