While I can't provide an official answer to this, I feel that it is highly unlikely to cause an issue. Its an over-the-counter sleep-aid, not a controlled substance.

Melatonin is a hormone that is naturally produced by the body. You actually ingest melatonin with a lot of foods you eat everyday. It's not a drug of abuse, so it won't be tested for.

lol No. It is not controlled substance that is on any kind of watch list or has a test to detect it. You will go in, pee in a cup, give up some hair and unless you are taking an illegal drug, pass with no problems and ship for basic sometime later.
