I think this is a wise move. It is also indicative that there is intelligence that more could be on the horizon.

Seen this earlier. I usually get "flash" emails from my State on this kind of thing. Haven't heard a peep today. A lot of NG and Reserve Centers are in isolated locations. Trust me when I say security at my location is very high all the time. We had an incident about 6 months ago where a civilian walked into 1 of our Armories and killed 1 of the full timers.

This is always a concern of mine. Not so much the large military installations, but your smaller sites. We have fully stocked vaults etc.

ISIS Appears to be Damn Good with it's PR and INFOWARFARE. Military Bases and personnel will always be good Targets of Opportunity. Always good to be aware of these things. Not that this is anything really New. When I was stationed in England in the Mid 80's during the Heyday of the IRA and Bader Meinhoff we had to take indoctrination courses about Counter Terrorism, Mail Parcel Bombs, Vary Your Routes. The CTAC that taught me about Parcel Bombs was missing a few fingers and Yes someone tried to blow my group up once (They had bad timing). Stay Awake, Stay Aware, Situational Awareness.
