If a soldier comes off maternity leave April 5 2021 and they retire in May, will they have to take an ACFT?

Assuming they’ve already submitted their retirement and it’s approved, there’s no repercussion to not taking an ACFT. If they come off maternity leave and retire a month later they should be clearing and on leave

You should not be taking any ACFT after your retirement physical which is supposed to be completed like a 90 day window before signing out.

No ACFT will be required. Service member still has 6 months from the date of delivery before they have to take a ACFT.
