Could the soldier get dishonorable discharge? What are thr possible outcomes?

Dishonorable discharge can only be adjudicated by a general court-martial. If the individual is convicted by a civilian criminal court and sentenced to confinement, he/she could be given an administrative discharge (General OTH). Civil court results (lawsuit) don't necessarily call for separation.
