If a soldier is involved in a civil court matter involving theft, breach of contract and loss and damages to a business, what could happen?

Could the soldier get dishonorable discharge? What are thr possible outcomes?

Dishonorable discharge can only be adjudicated by a general court-martial. If the individual is convicted by a civilian criminal court and sentenced to confinement, he/she could be given an administrative discharge (General OTH). Civil court results (lawsuit) don't necessarily call for separation.

If you're the victim, you can go to CID. If you're the perpetrator, pray your victim doesn't, lol. Yes, there is no double jepordy in the military.
