If a Traditional Reservist is on orders for 180+ days at their duty station, do they have to PCS, or are they exempt?

I'm a TR - currently my orders were put in Arrows-r as RPA-Special Duty orders, however Finance believes I should be PCS'ing to what is already my base since the orders are over 180 days. Our base has lodging (hotel), but not official quarters, and food is not available at a dining facility. Should these orders remain RPA - Special with per diem, or should they be PCS?

No you don’t PCS. Reservists do not PCS. That is only for Active Duty and AGR. Once your orders finish you will go back to you drilling status to the unit you were assigned to when you enlisted. For the time bein. You should be getting per diem, lodging, and meals.

Thank you everyone for your responses! Does anyone by chance have a regulation-JTR, AFI, etcetera that I can refer others to?
