If AFCEC begins issuing civilian crane certifications at approves sites, would you use it once you transition?

I would be crazy not to. Knowing the certificate alone may not put me into a 150 Ton crane on the outside day one. But i guarantee you the certificate and a CDL gets me hired at a crane company here in the South. I have already asked a few companies here that i have done business with in the past
