That depends on what the pay is. Is everyone getting E1 pay or is everyone getting O9 pay?

It depends on the individual qualities of the person. If they are true leaders than they can fit any of the roles, for all leaders must know how to follow
Hmm, I'd be a warrant. Nobody really checks for the chief until theres an 'Oh $h!t' moment and he/she needs to fix it....lol

Lol.....indeed....because Lord knows after 1300 unless its a disaster imminent....every damn warrant is nowhere to be found..lol
