If, as an MP, you are offered one of two schools, Military Police Investigator or Traffic Investigation, which one would you choose and why?

I have worked with both and they each have their pros and cons, but I was looking for a little more insight into the fields.

If you like math, go Traffic. If you like not hating your job, MPI. And its Investigator. Not Inspector. This ain't the Scotland Yard over here.

SrA John Monette Monette. Have ever reconstructed a collision. Take about brain power. And on the outside you can make up $500/hr for civil trials as an expert doing it, if you dialed in right.

As ASI producing schools both are good, I have had the fortune of attending V5 MPI and Z6 k-9. All schools are good if you can get them. The trick is to get assigned working what you went to school for. I know some that went to MPI school and never worked the job, only coming back their unit. The best is to get a slot enroute to next assignment(PCS) better odds of being assigned to the PMO.
