If you&#39;re command can separate you before that, then the provision you are separated under will be the chapter and nature of your discharge. <br />If you are not flagged, you will be eligible to join the reserves and receive separation pay for RCP. <br />It pays (literally) to play nice with your chain of command, keep your nose clean, make amends, and ride your time to ETS being a benefit to the unit.
