City of New London). <br /><br />To me, eminent domain should never be used for one private entity to take another&#39;s property and the only public benefit is tax revenue (while people do benefit from economic growth, it isn&#39;t a &#39;public&#39; benefit). Instead, it should only be used for government ownership &amp; public use (roads, schools, etc.). Now if Congress Burns and he can blame it on the Muslims and Liberals and a Radio Station gets destroyed in Texas by the "Illegals" He can have himself appointed "Leader" and then all bets are off.
