Maybe part of the 5th amendment as a way to enhance eminent domain takings.

His views on eminent domain seem to be in line with the 2005 Supreme Court decision that allows it as a way to potentially generate tax income/economic growth for a given locality (see Kelo v. City of New London).

To me, eminent domain should never be used for one private entity to take another's property and the only public benefit is tax revenue (while people do benefit from economic growth, it isn't a 'public' benefit). Instead, it should only be used for government ownership & public use (roads, schools, etc.).

None in the immediate future because Trump still has to prove he holds conservative values. I'm my opinion Trump doesn't play well with others he would favor a Totalitarian form of government for us where in the end most if not all of our rights are stripped in order to "Make America Great Again".

PO3 Steven Sherrill - Hmmm... I'm thinking NONE of 'em are safe. Well, maybe the 3rd Amendment will be upheld? But, it'd have to be Marines. Sure, they'd want to date my daughters & would likely drink my rye. But, I know they'd be appreciative of the billeting.

I don't see it Happening but he has already expressed his Displeasure with the 1st Amendment. Now if Congress Burns and he can blame it on the Muslims and Liberals and a Radio Station gets destroyed in Texas by the "Illegals" He can have himself appointed "Leader" and then all bets are off. He can do a Repeat of Germany Circa 1933.
