Of course you would deploy as much as the men. If you make it through Ranger School assigned to a Ranger Bn your a Ranger. Deployments are not based on gender

If you think you can make it, give it a shot. I hope you have some serious experience carrying weight or in athletics or else you're lining yourself up for a femur/hip stress fracture.

Also, females are allowed in the 75th Ranger Regiment, at least one has passed the selection so far

Candy Love well, the attrition rate is in the 95%+. Everyone who joins the Army wants to be a Ranger. You'll most likely fail, but give it a go and you'll never have to wonder if you could have made it

Candy Love - you don't exercise a lot and you can't do more than 10 push-ups? And you want to be a Ranger? It takes a *lot* to get from Point A to Point B.

Candy Love if you feel like that is the route you wish to take, you need to put in the work to get there. Neither is easy, so you need to have the drive and mental fortitude to tune your body for grueling selections and job requirements. It’s not impossible and you can do it. You just need to want it.

It’s safe to assume that a ranger is a ranger and yes deployed diary based on MOs, units of assignment, and the regiment tempo. Over all I say they would deploy as much as any other person in the regiment unless attached to a QRF element or rear det unit.
