The only thing I would add, is you should seek and ask for the full active duty AIT MOS school and also ask for the AGR specific supply school at Camp Robinson Arkansas, which is an additional two weeks. AGR Supply is a very specific and technical job, and you should strive to be as proficient and prepared as possible. Most of the dudes in my AIT platoon were National Guard, there were only a few Active Duty like myself. I became a guard supply sergeant in 2009 and went to the condensed course at Ft. Pickett. It really didn&#39;t teach me much that I hadn&#39;t learned on 6 months of ojt at that point.
